Seeking experienced mudloggers or motivated individuals to train. Skills required are general computer knowledge, good communication skills, light lifting, and a team player attitude. We require our team members to communicate effectively with operating geologists and well site representatives. We are looking for team members that have a keen eye and the ability to interpret rock formations while monitoring equipment and collecting formation gas. Geosteering Specialist

Key Responsibilities:  

  • Analyze LWD/MWD data to guide drilling operations.
  • Provide real-time geosteering recommendations to ensure target zone accuracy.
  • Collaborate with geologists and engineers to refine well plans.
  • Monitor and interpret subsurface conditions to mitigate risks.


Preferred Qualifications:  

  • Bachelor’s degree in Geology, Geophysics, or related field.
  • 2+ years of geosteering experience in oil & gas operations.
  • Proficiency with geosteering software (e.g., StarSteer, SES, or similar).
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
